    1. On page 7, line 25, after "insurers", insert ", and their licensed producers,".

    2. On page 12, line 4, strike "year 2026" and insert in lieu thereof "years 2026 and 2027".

    3. On page 12, line 6, strike "2026" and insert in lieu thereof "2027".

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
